We need to get voters in Senator Bob Lessard's district to contact him for a
hearing on the Hydro Review bill, S.F. 2453. His state district is number
3. A list of the towns, both big and miniscule, in district 3 follows this
message. If you know anyone in district 3 who may be in favor of the bill,
please contact me so we can approach that person to ask Lessard to give a
hearing to the bill. District 3 includes:

Senator Lessard probably won't schedule a hearing for the Hydro Review bill
unless we can get him persuaded by the people in his own district that this
bill is important to them.
Prominent/influential sportsmen and fishing enthusiasts, especially those
who have vacationed in northern Manitoba, are also sought as advocates to
Senator Lessard for this bill. If you can furnish information on any who
may be interested, that would be a big help, too.
